ewoTALK #4 – Smarter Society

The rapid development of technology in the area of the Internet of Things is also keeping ewo busy as a future-oriented, innovative company with customers all over the world.

The Internet of Things, big data and blockchain are topics that also play a central role for ewo and have consequently led to the surface-mounted establishment of a strong research & development department in the field of digital future technology. The smart city area is a key topic here. For this reason, this year's ewoTALK also dealt with this topic, but highlighted it from a higher perspective in this kick-off event and spanned the arc from current developments in the Smart City area to Smart Region and Smart Society.

Renowned experts, including from MIT Boston, outlined the technical development towards the "Internet of Everything" and "City as a Service" on the one hand, and also looked at the social impact of this.
