Product Family

The ID product family consists of recessed luminaires for handrails and ensures greater safety on stairs or in dangerous areas. The elegantly rounded ID luminaire can be used for wall washing, but also for spotlighting.

What sets ID apart

Impressive distances

With different light distributions (AP06, AP07, AS07, AS09, AH02), ID can achieve incredible distances and uniformity and adapt to different situations. Starting from a light point height (LPH) of 1 m, ID and the AP06 light distribution can achieve a target distance of 10 m on a 2.5 m wide path, which complies with lighting standards.

Seamless integration into handrails

ID can be seamlessly integrated into handrails with an outer diameter of 42.4 mm (44.4 mm on request). Its solid IK10 and IP67 construction makes the luminaire a safe and durable solution for the project.

Protects the night sky

ID is designed to minimize the impact on nocturnal life. The LEDs are directed downwards towards the ground to minimize upward light ratio (ULR) and warm color temperatures can be used to protect animals and birds in the natural environment.

Shape of Light

Thanks to our modular system, the ID product family is compatible with a wide range of light distributions—the A–Series product family alone achieves 1,799,866,966 lens combinations—allowing large distances between luminaires with unbeatable uniformity. In addition, the light is directed downwards, protecting the night sky. Systems such as ewoLightTile and ewoLightLayers allow the luminaire to be additionally adapted to any requirements.

Intelligence of Light

The ID product family is DALI-compatible and can be connected to intelligent control systems via an internal or external node. In this way, the luminaire can be controlled individually or in groups. With the help of an external Zhaga interface, there is also the option of integration into smart city systems.
